In episode 19, we talk to the band Love the Hate. Their singer past away earlier this year. The band decided not to give up and have persevered through the tragedy. They have a new singer and are out playing shows again. Also the singer of Nvision, Alex Carr, stops by and talk about how music has helped him battle his anxiety and depression.
